Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch orders quickly, pack discreetly, and provide reliable tracking from our warehouse to your door.

Order Processing

  • Processing time: Typically 1–2 business days. During peak periods, processing may take longer.
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your parcel is dispatched.
  • Orders placed after our daily cut-off will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship via trusted carriers (e.g., Australia Post Express or equivalent).
  • Estimated delivery: typically 1–2 business days after dispatch for metro areas; regional areas may take longer.
  • Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tip: Choose a delivery address where someone can receive parcels safely (workplace or attended address) or add signature on delivery if available.

Discreet Packaging

All parcels are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging without product names on the exterior. Packing slips avoid sensitive product descriptions.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat-rate Express: $14.99 AUD via Australia Post.
  • Free Express: Automatically Applied on orders over $199.99 AUD.

Tracking & Notifications

  • Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
  • Please allow the carrier time to scan your parcel; initial updates may take several hours.
  • All delivery timing updates are provided by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • We’re not responsible for delays or loss resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or unsafe delivery addresses (including Safe Drop/ATL requests).
  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately—address changes are only possible before dispatch.

Loss, Theft & Damage

Important: Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the carrier / recipient. PeptideConnect is not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit or after delivery.
  • If your parcel is late or shows delivered but not received, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to initiate an inquiry.
  • If damaged, please lodge a carrier damage claim promptly with photos of the parcel and contents.
  • We’re happy to provide supporting documentation to assist your claim with the carrier.

International Shipping

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import restrictions vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • We ship on a research-use only basis; ensure your import is permitted before purchasing.
  • Delays due to customs clearance are outside our control.

Return & Refund Policy

No returns or refunds: Due to the nature of research compounds and storage requirements, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including change of mind or incorrect product selection.
  • Please review your order carefully before checkout.
  • We cannot accept returns on dispatched or delivered items.

Cancellations

  • Orders can not be cancelled, altered, or refunded.
