Lost, stolen, or missing parcels

  • Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is the customer’s responsibility to secure it.
  • We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
  • If tracking shows delivery issues, contact the carrier first and then contact us with details.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or altered once they have shipped.
  • If you need to update details immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before dispatch.
